Training is teaching or developing in oneself or others, any skills and knowledge or fitness that related to specific useful competencies. Training has specific goals of improving one’s capability, capacity, productivity and performance. A development program brings all employees to a higher level so they have similar skills and knowledge. This helps to reduce any weak links within the institution who rely heaving on others to complete basic work tasks. Although there are many categories of training, Teachers’ Improvement Training is very important for any Institution (School and College). In 2018 CMA had arranged such type of training. This development program ensures that teachers’ have a consistent experience and background knowledge. This type of program increases the teachers’ efficiency and potentiality. They may feel more satisfaction towards their jobs. In 2019 another fruitful training has been arranged for the sisters’ of CMA. This training has given the sisters’ a greater understanding of their responsibility within their roles in turns build their confidence. Their training has created a supportive work place for them. It has also allowed to strengthen those skills that each employee/sister need to improve themselves.
